Baby boy-10 months

My little Asher boy is such a big boy, he has almost graduated to official 'toddler' status. His walking really took off this month! He walks more and more everyday.

He has started saying "oh wow!" & "what?!?"

Lets just say he's getting so big, and he's so smart!  He loves to climb and play. It is so fun just watching him learn, you can literally see the learning. It's incredible.

Happy Christmas!

We had an absolutely lovely Christmas. Having these two with me made it the best.

It was such a blessing to have Christmas on Sunday this year, it really helped us keep our focus on our Savior & the true meaning of Christmas.

Those soft little hands, fashioned by the Holy Spirit in Mary’s womb, were made so that nails might be driven through them. Those baby feet, pink &unable to walk, would one day walk up a dusty hill to be nailed to a cross. That sweet infant’s head with sparkling eyes was formed so that someday men might force a crown of thorns onto it. That tender body, warm &soft, wrapped in swaddling clothes, would one day be ripped open by a spear. Jesus was born to die.

Christmas Party

We hosted the family Christmas party for my mom's side of the family this year. It was a hit!

Our matching ugly sweaters

we had an ornament exchange, Ash picked the big loud bell

Raegyn won the prize for the overall ugliest sweater

we won the 'who wore it best' prize which was fitting as it came in a snowflake tin

Nana's ugly sweater won 'most creative'

my cousin. he borrowed one of Owen's sweaters

my brother. i am in love with his sweater
After we finished with a game these boxes were tossed aside. These two found them and had a lot of fun unwrapping the empty boxes. I can't wait for Christmas morning, it's gonna be so much fun.
