Welcome 2014!

2013 put me through the ringer. At the begininng of the year I picked the word 'Strength' to be my word of the year. One important thing to remember when you're working on increasing your strength, you have to push through hard stuff and you will be sore. That was my year, and let you in a little secret, I am so much stronger than I was a year ago. One song that really spoke to me throughout the year was, "Worn" by Tenth Avenue North

Goals I accomplished last year:
 4. Have an all natural delivery
 17. Grow my hair to my waist (chopped my hair into a pixie 10/2013)
 33. Own a DSLR camera
 36. Get a new car
48. Campout by the Christmas tree
79 Potty-train Asher
89. Get up at 7 am, 7 days in a row (thank you Sawyer!)
96. Go through my closet and throw away/donate old clothes (5/5)

Not very many, but there I some that I know will be checked off this year... and some that won't because they simply are not goals for me anymore.

This year I plan to blog a lot more. (and maybe post some of the fun things we did last year.)
We have some big things planned this year, and I'm really excited for the adventures and changes.

My word for 2014 is COMMITTED.
"Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him and he will act." Psal 37:5
When you're committed to something, you accept no exuses, only results.
